Airports
1-2-Trips Provides Transportation in Florida from St Augustine to and from Jacksonville and Daytona Airports as well as all long distance trips within the St Johns County.
For our New York Location, we provide trips to and from Kennedy (JFK), Laguardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), Stewart (SWF) and Westchester (HPN) Airports, as well as all pick ups from these airports.
We track all flights while you are tracking us on the app (App).
Airport pick ups are made from the curb, we could also meet you inside the airport (Meet and Greet).
Once you land, you will have received our driver's notifications on your phone with their location and ETA, as well as their cell phone number. Simply call your driver once you reach the luggage belt. Drivers are allowed to wait in a parking lot until you are ready to be picked up.
For inside Meet and Greet, a driver would park their vehicles in a nearby paid parking lot and wait for you inside the airport at the luggage belt if accessible, or by the transportation area inside the airport. They will be communicating with you over the phone and will hold a sign with the passenger name on it. Because parking is paid, you often will have to pay us back the parking fees.
For Airport drop offs, you simply will give us your flight information and we will know where to drop you off.
Tolls, Taxes, Gratuities
For all our trips, tolls and taxes are always included within our flat rates. We have no extra hidden fees, no surcharge, no gas percentage or extra mileage fees. Gratuities are not included in the rate, it is up to you to give a tip to your driver.
Payment, Authorization, Capture:
You can book your trip online or on our app, you could also call our Booking Agent at the call center who will take your basic info, provide you with a quote and make a reservation. To confirm your trip, simply call our office directly at 347-751-7005 or download our app to add a credit card, therefore confirming your trip. TRIPS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL A CARD IS ADDED TO THE BOOKING.
Note that the call center will not ask nor has any access to your credit card info. Payments, refunds and returns are solely handled by the office.

We will transport you from your hotel to your destination or from the airport/cruise/location/city to your hotel.

Because we ran an in-house travel agency for 10 years and gone on countless cruises, we know about cruise transfers and excursions.
Simply book your trip online or on our app and one of our experienced drivers will pick you up.
For pick ups from the cruise port, remember that disembarkation often starts 2 hours after you arrive at the port, book your pick up accordingly.
For drop offs, remember the time it takes to embark, schedule your trip to arrive at the port at least 4 hours before embarkation.
For Hotel/Airport transfers, we will pick you up at the hotel or at the airport and take your to your cruise. While bookiing your trip, remember the embarkation times, the landing and taxxing time and the time it takes to leave the airport.
Excursions: We will drive you around if you are visiting New York City and drop you off at any attraction that you would like to visit. Simply book your trip online or on the app.
